Emergency Management

 

SOL provides comprehensive disaster debris monitoring services. Our monitoring services begin days before a known event impacts the city. SOL assists in activating contracts, ensuring TDSRS locations are available, coordinating logistics between partner communities and organizations, and other essential requirements. Following this period, SOL will assist with immediate response activities – including damage assessments and time and materials documentation during the 72 hour push period. Finally, SOL provide assistance during the recovery period to manage debris contractors, document work in accordance with state and federal reimbursement guidelines, develop public information and media materials, and other essential recovery tasks. We offer disaster management projects for government and private clients.

 

The SOL team provides assistance to disaster areas in three discrete phases:

  • Emergency Management Planning and Training; and
  • Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Services
